More and more people are trying to navigate the courts on their own without the help of attorneys. We get it; it’s expensive. Not every case or client is right for our services. Law to Go provides low-cost services to people who want to represent themselves or who just need stand-alone services like simple wills, contract review, or motions for court. We do not represent clients; we advise them on ways to proceed and help draft the documents necessary for their issue or case. Many people are getting legal information and forms online. There are great resources out there. But often you aren’t sure exactly what you need, and those online resources can’t read your mind and don’t talk to you about what’s going on. We don’t want you to waste money on forms that don’t solve your problems. Law to Go cannot replace the value of having an attorney represent you in your case. They have the training and skills to know what to do next, what rules need to be followed, what pitfalls to avoid, and how to present your case in court. But for cases that are appropriate, we’ll make sure you have as much information as possible to be able to pursue your case on your own. Walk in with questions, leave with directions.
